Wondering where your download is?

 

All downloadable products require a high speed internet connnection such as Cable, DSL, or Satellite internet.

Please do not attempt to use a dial up connection.

To get your downloadable product, simply go to the order confirmation email you received at checkout. Scroll down to the bottom of the receipt to a section called "links" Click on the link BELOW the title of the product you purchased that contains the downloadable product(s). Right click on the link and select "Save File to Disk" and select your desktop as the destination. Go to your desktop and find your downloadable goods. You are done!

 

 

Shipping Options

 

We offer three North American shipping options – with the default being Economy Shipping. Included within the estimated shipping time from New York is order processing and handling time.
 
 
 

Estimated Time of Delivery

 

  • Economy Shipping / USPS - $4.95. Estimated arrival time: 6 – 12 business  days. Confirmation usually available.

  • Priority Mail Shipping / USPS - $7.95  Estimated arrival time: 4 – 7 business days. Confirmation tracking provided.

  • Next Day Express / USPS – One business day delivery for orders placed on business day prior to 1:00 pm EST . For example, an order placed before 1:00 pm Monday would arrive by end of day Tuesday. Comes with confirmation tracking.

     

International Shipping 

For International orders, shipping is automatically calculated at time of check-out.

Returns & Refunds

 

If you're not 100% satisfied with any resource you purchase from us and you want to return it or get a refund we want to make that as easy as possible for you.  With that in mind, here are a few guidelines.

 Physical Products

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for a full refund, less shipping, with the following provisions:
  • Items must not be damaged in any way, have not been opened and are in "new" condition
  • Refund is credited when items are received
  • Refund is amount less shipping charges

Please include a name and order number with the return.

Once the return has been processed and confirmed that it is in “new” condition, you will be refunded the money for the item(s).
 
Downloads

If you have any issue with a download, please email us at customerservice@ransomedheart.com. If we're unable to resolve your issue, we'll happily provide a refund.
